Introduction
The abuse and misuse of email or messaging systems by WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Active Consumer Affiliates and/or Active Selling Merchants is a serious matter. WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. has a strict No Spam Policy and will not tolerate the
dissemination of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), also known as SPAM. We are
committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform, protecting consumer affiliates,
and preserving the positive reputation of WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Definition of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM:
For the purposes of this policy, "SPAM" is defined as any of the following:

The sending of bulk unsolicited commercial email or messages that advertise,
promote, or solicit any IP address, domain, or URL owned or operated by WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC., including but not limited to websites associated with
https://goarra.com.
•
The creation or use of websites, web pages, or email accounts on Internet
Service Providers (ISPs) or any platform that facilitates SPAM (also referred to as
"ghost sites") that directly or indirectly refer customers to WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC.'s domains or IP addresses.
•
The advertisement, transmission, or promotion of any software, program,
product, or service designed to assist in or enable the practice of SPAM.
•
Forging or misrepresenting email or message headers, either in whole or in part,
in an attempt to conceal the true origin of a message.

Repercussions of SPAM
SPAM is universally recognized as an improper and inconsiderate business practice. It
not only damages the reputation of WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. but also impacts the
user experience, overloading resources and disrupting services. Furthermore, SPAM
creates unnecessary costs, damages consumer trust, and strains our relationships with
service providers.
Impact on Our Service Providers
As SPAM is unsolicited, it frequently leads to consumer complaints that can harm the
reputation of WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and its service providers. This compromises
our ability to maintain positive relationships within the broader internet community, and
we are committed to taking immediate action to prevent any such occurrences.
Consequences for Violating the SPAM Policy
WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. reserves the right to take corrective actions, including
the termination of an Active Consumer Affiliate's or Active Selling Merchant's account,
without prior notice, in the event of a violation of this policy. The use of WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC.'s platform and services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Violations of the SPAM policy may lead to the following consequences:

Immediate termination of position and website: Any Active Consumer Affiliate
or Active Selling Merchant found to be in violation of this policy will have their
account and associated website terminated immediately, with no refund of any
kind.
•
Forfeiture of services: The offending party will lose access to all WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. services.
•
Fines: In the event that SPAM complaints result in penalties from WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC.'s service providers, the offending party will be liable for
a fine of not less than ₱10,000.00 and not more than ₱25,000.00. This penalty
will be assessed based on the severity of the violation and the impact on WOIY
TECHNOLOGIES, INC.'s operations.
•
Civil and Criminal Liability: The violator may be exposed to civil and criminal
liability depending on the jurisdiction and severity of the SPAM activity.
Liability for SPAM-Related Costs
If a SPAM complaint results in a penalty of ₱10,000.00 to ₱25,000.00 imposed by
WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.'s service providers, the Active Consumer Affiliate or
Active Selling Merchant responsible for the violation will be held personally liable for
the payment of these fines.
The violating party will also be responsible for covering any additional costs incurred as
a result of the SPAM activity, including but not limited to legal fees, compliance costs,
and any other associated penalties.
Final Note:
WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this SPAM
policy at any time, without prior notice. Any updates to the policy will be
communicated to the affected Active Consumer Affiliates and Active Selling Merchants
via the platform or through email. Continued use of WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
services after the update of this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Active Consumer Affiliates and Active Selling Merchants are strongly encouraged to

By implementing and enforcing these rules, WOIY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. aims to
